Convenient location, within walking distance of multiple seaside towns. Supermarket nearby, plus a smaller shop up the road. Bungalow itself is well-equipped with a bed, kitchen, and bathroom. Private backyard with all-day sun. Quiet neighborhood. No pet smells.

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was ideal for me, as I don't mind walking and it was about a half-hour walk to the town center. Plus, I had easy access to nearby attractions like Scarborough, Filey, and Hornsea. The supermarket was a short drive away, and there was also a convenience store within a 5-minute walk. The bungalow itself was fabulous, with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The backyard was private and enjoyed sun throughout the day. The estate was really quiet, and I didn't experience any unpleasant pet smells that I have encountered in other properties that allow pets.
No issues.

Loved the cozy seating area and kitchen with all the essentials. Great location for golfing and cycling. Quite pleased with the accommodation overall.
Oh, and how could I forget the joy of overriding the old storage tank for hot water? Such a delightful experience.

I recently went on a holiday with my two children and had a great experience. The owner was very welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. They were quick to assist with the fire and were just a door away if I had any questions. The property's location was ideal, close to local shops and a pub. It was also conveniently located for exploring nearby attractions. I will definitely be using this property again!
There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. there was a shortage of hot water and the old-style storage tank required some adjustments to get it working properly.

Loved the seating area with a fridge, a microwave, and a stovetop. Also enjoyed the nearby golfing and cycling. Perfect place if you don't mind putting up with a few quirks.
Oh, and let's not forget the charming surprises of stale smells and limited coat hangers. Such a delight.

I absolutely adored the furniture and decor at the hotel. It had a lovely, cozy feel to it that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. It was easy to navigate around and the staff was always available to assist if needed.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there in terms of carrying my luggage.
